Inspired by cataloguing my mother’s objects, I began to not only think about the objects that we will leave for others, but those we carry with us from place to place—the objects that always make the move. I’m interested in documenting these objects through the cyanotype photographic process, not only as portraiture but as a reference to time, history, and the importance of the objects we hold on to.
